About Us
At Toffi, we help American employers solve one of today’s toughest business challenges: finding and keeping dependable workers.
In industries like manufacturing, warehousing, retail, and hospitality, high turnover, no-shows, and unfilled roles make it harder to run a successful business. Meanwhile, millions of people in this country are ready to work—but are too often overlooked.
Founded in Milwaukee, Toffi connects companies with two of the most underutilized talent pools in the U.S.: military veterans and people reentering the workforce after incarceration. We make it easier for employers to hire motivated, work-ready candidates, and we surround those workers with the support services they need to succeed long term.
We help businesses build stronger teams while giving job seekers a fair shot at building a better future.
